We are seeking a proactive, dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong critical thinking to everything they do. As an Associate, Capital Deployment & Operations, you will support our global Capital Deployment, Operations, and Finance teams by building and maintaining financial models, leading data analysis efforts, and improving visibility into capital deployment performance. You'll play a key role in designing scalable reporting and forecasting systems, contributing to strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and processes to support global capital deployment forecasting
• Create and improve tools that provide clear visibility into performance and deployment metrics
• Support ongoing data transformation and analytics initiatives across the Capital Deployment team
• Design and manage Tableau dashboards for real-time reporting and data visualization
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
• Assist in preparing materials for quarterly earnings calls, board presentations, and internal business planning
• Prepare and deliver internal reports in partnership with stakeholders to support business operations and informed decision-making

Hiring salary range of : $98,000 - $146,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
