Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment. Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols. Current LPN license Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dedication to resident-centered care.

Rate : $28-$32 / hr based on experience plus $3 shift diff
Shift : 3pm-11pm, Full-Time, Every Other Weekend
