Position Highlights :
- Full-time, M-F, 8am-5 pm
- 4-day work week
- Call is light and shared | Supported by call service
- Live within commuting distance of Eugene, OR during onsite training period
- Remote after initial onsite training (1-3) months
- Provide high-quality patient care through remote consultations
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement population health initiatives
- Contribute to the development of our value-based care model

Compensation & Benefits Highlights :
2 year base salary guarantee + performance quality incentives
Required Qualifications :
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
