• Lead and manage end-to-end processing of US wire payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing payment data using MS SQL and Splunk.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze payment flows, and recommend solutions for process improvement.
• Monitor high-value payments for anomalies or issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
• Oversee daily operations related to payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between onsite stakeholders and offshore team members to ensure effective communication and task execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory reporting as required.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.

Proficiency in MS SQL for data analysis, writing queries, and extracting insights from payment systems.
