Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. This role is crucial in evaluating systems, determining maintenance needs, and planning work assignments to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
Status : Full Time, 40 Hours per Week (open availability is needed)

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
- Facilitate or perform maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs
- Initiate and manage work order system to track completion and quality
- Estimate labor, materials, and costs for all work orders
- Keep necessary records including maintenance log, mileage log, and OSHA log
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
Team Leadership
Supervise and train maintenance workersProvide training and mentoring to promote successMaintain a safe working environmentEnsure proper use of PPE including gloves, masks, and back guardsProject Management
Assess building systems to plan work assignmentsCreate and manage project schedulesDetermine maintenance and repair prioritiesCoordinate with other departments for minimal disruptionAvailable for flexible schedule including early / late shifts and some weekendsQualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent requiredThree years of maintenance experienceExtensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Skills & Abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong management and supervisory capabilitiesAbility to identify issues and determine necessary repairsProficient in planning maintenance schedulesBasic computer skills including MS Office SuiteStrong communication skills in EnglishExcellent manual dexterityBasic math skillsRequired Certifications
Must maintain valid driver's licenseMust qualify to drive TSA vehiclesPhysical Requirements
