Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – The Gardens at St. Elizabeth | Denver, CO

Pay Range : $28.25–$30.65 / hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Deliver hands-on care, treatments, and medications

Support scheduling and administrative duties

Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation

Respond professionally in emergencies

Protect resident dignity and comfort at all times

What You’ll Bring

Active LPN license in Colorado

CPR certification

Experience in long-term care is a plus
