• Quality Control & Inspection : Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials and monitor in-process parameters to ensure adherence to specifications. This includes conducting visual inspections, dimensional checks, and material property assessments.
• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions : Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits. Prepare reports to communicate findings and improvements to management.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing projects, to enhance quality and efficiency.
