Job description

Position Overview : Join our Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) and experience a dynamic night shift role that emphasizes variety, challenge, and growth within one hospital environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift Information :

3rd Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Full-Time : 36 hours per week

Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule

1 Weekend per 6-week schedule

2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced collaboration environment.

Adapt to various unit workflows including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to meet scheduled work commitments.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, along with current BLS certification.

Special Features :

Training provided in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and charge nurse responsibilities.
