Hospitalist Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Montclair / Covina, California

Join Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal , a physician-led, multi-specialty surgical group, as a Hospitalist Physician. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care while participating in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals, all within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.

Position Highlights

Employment : 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed (flexible)

Schedule : Full-time (part-time available) with flexible hours

Location : Primary clinic in Montclair, satellite clinic in Covina, CA

Care Setting : 50% outpatient primary care, 50% inpatient rounding for general surgery patients

Candidate Eligibility : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base salary : $270,000 / year (W2, negotiable)

Open to productivity-based compensation models

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable managing both outpatient primary care and inpatient rounding

Bilingual skills and procedural capabilities are a plus

Clinic & Practice Details

Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM (Lunch 12-1 PM)

Supports hospitals including Emanate Health, Pomona Valley, and Prime Healthcare
