Caregiver Position

Our mission is to prioritize our caregivers, provide the most rewarding, positive work environment possible so that our caregivers are best positioned to prioritize the care of our clients. We have great incentives set up to retain the best caregivers. The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows.

We are looking for compassionate caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to :

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands
