Order Processing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join the team! This is a full-time in-office position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $20.00-$22.00 / hr depending on prior experience. Must have order processing, order entry, or sales coordination experience to qualify.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Input order details into the company's database, verifying customer information and order specifications.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Review and audit orders to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders, escalating to the appropriate team members as necessary.
• Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
