Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to guide our artificial intelligence and automation efforts across a diverse real estate portfolio. In this role, you’ll work to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that streamline operations, improve insights, and fuel growth across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for shaping our AI strategy, overseeing the development of intelligent automation tools, and integrating them into enterprise platforms. Acting as the link between technology teams and business units, you’ll champion AI adoption, build trust with stakeholders, and ensure ethical, compliant use of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI and automation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases across all real estate asset types.
• Establish governance frameworks, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines for AI use.
• Partner with senior leadership to incorporate AI into long-term business planning.
• Track AI performance, ensuring fairness, transparency, and measurable business impact.
