  • YaYas Euro Bistro Job Position: Server Applicable Titles: Waiter, Waitress FLSA Status: Non-Exempt EEO: Service workers Job Summary: As a server, you will provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.
  • You will bring our restaurant’s menu to life through excellent menu knowledge and personable conversations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None Duties/Responsibilities: Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of our restaurant Greets and waits on diners with graciousness throughout service Monitors and observes guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.

Delivers checks at the end of each meal and collect payment Cleans tables or counters after guests have finished dining Answers questions about menu items and other restaurant functions and services Contributes towards each shift running as efficiently as possible Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Enjoys customer interaction and can engage with a friendly demeanor Thrive in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of service etiquette Hospitality-focused mindset Education and Experience: Previous experience in food service/hospitality preferred At least two – three years of fine dining experience preferred TIPS certified is preferred ServSafe certified preferred Physical Requirements: Able to lift 20 lbs Able to stand for long periods of time in wide ranging temperatures Other: Job descriptions prepared by the Company serve as an outline only. Job duties and responsibilities will be established and communicated regularly as part of the Company's EOS cadence.
  • Responsibilities and qualifications may differ here depending upon experience and manager/non-manager levels.
