ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Professionally represent our client and effectively support Company strategic initiatives
- Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners

- Maintains excellent relationships with owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and project team
- Participates in pre-planning efforts with the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Partners with superintendent to ensure compliance with company environmental, stormwater, and safety programs
- This position is considered to be a safety sensitive and requires full adherence to all safety guidelines issued by company
- Is responsible for the following :
RFIs, submittals and mock ups
Permitting processThird party testing and design-team field reportsDocument controlArchival of project information and close out processesSending out schedule updateCast-in-place concrete processProcurement and coordination of doors, frames and hardwarePre-punch and punch list processesChange management processAssists Project Team with :OAC Meeting preparation
Setup of project specific QA / QC programStartup and testing requirements in accordance with our ProgramPre-construction effortsThird party testing and design team field reportsSafety preplanning, ILSM Plan, ICRA, and MOPsPre-punch and punch list processesChange management processCreates and maintains material delivery scheduleMentors and trains indirect reportsEDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
One (1) to five (5) years of general commercial construction experience required
SKILLS
Proficient in CMiC and BluebeamProficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)CERTIFICATION & LICENSURES REQUIREMENTS
OSHA 10 Certification is requiredWELL AP Certification or LEED accreditation requiredThe salary range for this position is dependent in experienceand title / rankof position offered.
