We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in the Holly Springs, Mississippi area. In this role, you will oversee key financial processes, including general ledger management and month-end closing activities. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly documented.
• Prepare and review journal entries to reflect accurate financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial audits and address inquiries.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
