Key Responsibilities :
Provide Level 1 3 technical support for production systems, including Linux servers, networking, and system-level services.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, configuration, networking, and storage.Monitor overall system health and performance using system monitoring tools.Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices and expand the internal and external knowledge base.Follow up with clients after troubleshooting to ensure full system functionality.Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and support notes.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a professional and positive support experience.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong Linux administration skills, especially in mission-critical environments.Experience with system performance monitoring tools.Solid networking knowledge, including firewalls, VPNs, TCP / IP, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Basic database understanding, including SQL querying and troubleshooting.Proven experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician.Exceptional communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
