2 plus yrs current LTACH experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1 : 4 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have KY or compact license-Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered\nShift : 36 / 48 hours rotation every week
