About this Position The Wes Watkins Center for International Trade Development at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a full-time Sponsored Program Analyst position. This role supports departmental work for the Center for International Trade Development (CITD) and sponsored funding for both CITD and the Hamm Institute. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for research, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination. Responsibilities include conducting rigorous research and analysis, supporting grant deliverables, managing graduate assistants, and coordinating outreach activities. The position offers opportunities to collaborate with public and private sector partners, contribute to international and statewide initiatives, and support the university’s land-grant mission through research, instruction, and outreach. Position is contingent on available funding. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Two years of experience in policy research, analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to distill complex information into clear and concise reports and presentations. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Experience in coordinating research activities, managing project timelines, and supporting program operations, including oversight of graduate assistants and stakeholder engagement. Skills, Proficiencies, and / or Knowledge : Demonstrated computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new platforms as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective teamwork, organizational, and supervisory capabilities. Proven ability to manage research projects and program activities, including coordinating timelines, overseeing graduate assistants, and supporting stakeholder engagement. Commitment to excellence in service while working with students, faculty, and executive leaders from varied cultural backgrounds. Interest in professional development.
