Greco is looking for a Full-Time Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Technician!

As a Grounds Technician , you'll play a vital role in keeping our property looking its best. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that our grounds, common areas, and apartments remain well-maintained and inviting. From cleaning up outdoor spaces to painting apartments and shared areas, your work will help create a welcoming environment for residents and tenants. By taking pride in your work and maintaining high standards, you'll contribute to the Greco Seal of Approval , where every property has its own unique story and personality.

Minimum Responsibilities

Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting.

• Common area, hallway and stairwell painting
• Amenity spaces upkeep and painting
• Apartment turnover and guest suite painting
• Maintain vacant apartments for leasing
• Special projects as assigned
