ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Performs the professional services of an Obstetrician / Gynecologist.
• With the approval and coordination of the Medical Director, establishes clinical standards for the rendering of quality medical care.
• Provides a full range of ambulatory medical care, including assessment, examination, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral as necessary.
• Specific tasks may be delegated to other members of the staff : consistent with legal restrictions and quality care.
• In consultation with the Medical Director, assists in developing policies, procedures and programs for the delivery of ambulatory and inpatient care.
