Out of Network Dispute Analyst

A company is looking for an Out Of Network Dispute Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a Business Process Analyst for the OON Disputes Team

Monitor and direct team performance reporting to support data integrity and regulatory requirements

Manage and implement departmental initiatives to meet overall objectives efficiently

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or performance / inventory management

Experience with state and federal Surprise Billing / OON Dispute mandates

Experience leveraging strategic relationships with domestic and global partners

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
