What We’re Looking For

• Flexibility - Able to travel within 30 30-mile radius from their home of residence and assist as needed in both Tampa, Hudson, and future Florida locations.
• Certified Surgical Technologist : Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program with a current certification.
• Clinical Experience : Hands-on experience with surgical instrumentation and procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) : Must hold a current BLS certification.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of surgical technology, medical terminology, and sterile techniques.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot instruments and equipment efficiently.
• Team Player : Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Patient-Focused Approach : Maintain a safe, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive environment for patients.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to anticipate surgical needs and ensure smooth case flow.
• Leadership & Mentorship : Willingness to mentor, precept, and train others in various surgical modalities.
