Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
• High school diploma or equivalent

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
• Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostics
• Educate patients and families on health care practices
• Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Document care and patient responses in accordance with facility policy
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Take charge of unit operations as assigned
