Lead Facilities Operations in a Critical Healthcare Environment

Were seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a healthcare facility where safety, compliance, and system reliability are essential to supporting patient care. As the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, youll lead plant operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendors, and drive performance across all critical infrastructure. What Youll Do

• Manage the plant operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance execution, and adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure all building systems and maintenance practices align with state, federal, and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Own and manage the facilities operating budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service or safety.
• Track KPIs / SLAs and implement action plans to address underperformance or compliance risks.
• Oversee contracted work, ensure vendor accountability, and support critical maintenance or infrastructure projectsincluding off-hours supervision if needed.
• Ensure staff is properly trained and consistently follow safety protocols. Promote a culture of responsibility, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Guarantee the reliability and regulatory compliance of all building systemsHVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency systems.
• Work with senior leadership and partner departments to align facilities operations with broader organizational goals.
