What You'll Do

Consults and partners with key stakeholders and external vendor partners to design, execute and deliver qualitative market research studies that increase the depth of understanding of our current and potential customers to drive business decisions. This role will lead qualitative research studies including study design, discussion guide development, recruiting and logistics, field research, analysis and reporting. Expected to represent Business & Consumer Insights in meetings by making proactive contributions where consumer insights can impact brand, menu innovation, retail, guest experience and operations initiatives.

Lead the design and execution of qualitative research programs including in store guest intercepts, online and in person focus groups and employee interviews.
