The Merchandiser & Brand Ambassador – Part Time Executes all merchandising activities & enhance brand awareness through interacting with consumers in retail stores. Events and trade shows throughout the assigned area. Support the regional sales team ensuring excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish relationships with store personnel and department level supervisors to sustain and grow sales
- Maintain shelf Plan-O-Gram compliance working with store personnel
- Upsell promotional opportunities for displays and programs
- Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards and customer planograms.
- Assist in resets, new store openings, setting up displays and end caps, and implementing company initiatives and promotions.
- Identify merchandising challenges and offer store specific solutions using brands in accordance with brand standards.
- Re-tag shelves and set up point of sale material.
- Help pack out retail shelves
- Remove discontinued items and proactively place authorized item.
- Check production codes and rotate product at store level.
- Void closures for team identified items
- Log all activities in software
- Attend regular sales meetings and special events
Brand Ambassador :
Interact in a friendly, outgoing, and approachable manner with consumers, discuss taste preferences, suggest current flavor profiles.Communicate benefits of healthy eatingPrepare, portion and serve different salads to consumers, be able to coordinate and procure all needs for serving salads to over 100+ people daily.Keep a clean and organized serving areaRepresent the Brand in a professionally, positively and consistentlyCollect consumer feedback : effectively summarize and communicate feedback to manager and marketing teams after each engagementCustomer Service :
