Facility in Coal Center, PA seeking Family Medicine locums coverage Rates : 170 / hr Facility is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time position starting in January 2025. The role is clinic-based, seeing a variety of patients of all ages in a freestanding healthcare center. The assignment is for four months, with the potential for extension beyond May 2025. Start Date :

  • January 13, 2025

End Date :

  • May 2, 2025 (Potential for extension)

    • Schedule :

  • Monday - Thursday : 8 am - 4 pm
  • Friday : 8 am - 3 pm
  • No Call
  • Up to 18 patients per day :
  • 9 patients in the morning session
  • 9 patients in the afternoon session
  • 12 : 00 pm - 1 : 00 pm lunch break (30 min lunch and 30 min paperwork)

    • Setting :

  • Freestanding clinic
  • APP Mid-level coverage available from 8 am - 4 pm

    • EMR :

  • Wellness visits
  • Physicals

  • ER follow-ups
  • Hospital follow-ups
  • Pre-op visits

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • ACLS / BLS Certified Required
  • DEA License Required
  • Pennsylvania License preferred, but will accept IMLC candidates
  • Experience : Will consider candidates just out of training
  • No call and no hospital rounds
