REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have patent experience with an advanced degree in chemistry or biochemistry, or a comparable degree. Registration before the USPTO is required for the position. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work well on a team. JD required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves a mix of patent prosecution and portfolio management, counseling, patent opinion work, and litigation support in areas such as pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products and ag-bio.
