Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork - Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.

Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.

• Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.

Keep store operations running smoothly.

• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.

• Product Knowledge - Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement : Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule : Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have

• Automotive Knowledge : Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications : Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
