Custodial Supervisor - Mid Wilshire

Supervisor oversees housekeeping functions for a multi-unit hospital, common areas up to 500,000 sq. feet. Responsible for daily supervision. Ensure housekeeping / maintenance standards of meeting and exceeding customer expectations are kept. Provide on-the-job training to staff, including proper use of chemicals and equipment, and ensure compliance with published safety standards.

Salary Range : $56,200 - $106,200 / annually

Qualifications

Must have a knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and routine preventive maintenance.

• Exhibits proficiency with all techniques and equipment used in department, i.e., floor machine, automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, floor sanders to prepare wood floor for refinishing.

Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.

Ability to plan, train and provide work direction to other in a manner that is conducive to full performance and high morale of the employee.
