Our firm is seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of sophisticated litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office in a hybrid capacity.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a rising legal professional to work alongside nationally recognized litigators on complex, high-stakes matters across a broad range of industries. We are looking for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrate strategic thinking, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute to pleadings, motions, and briefs in complex commercial litigation.
• Manage e-discovery and fact development with precision and efficiency.
• Engage directly with clients, participate in depositions, and gain trial experience.
• Tackle multifaceted legal and business challenges with creativity and foresight.
• Collaborate with a team of over 150 litigation attorneys nationwide on matters ranging from business torts and shareholder disputes to real estate litigation and arbitration.

Our associate compensation structure has two components : (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance.
