Job description

AO :

  • Globe Life is looking for an insurance sales representative to join our team.
  • This position is 100% remote with flexible working hours and ample advancement opportunities for driven performers.
  • New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor / manager to foster performance and success.

No licenses needed to apply - we help you through licensing!  Qualifications :

  • Positive attitude with openness to coaching / training Driven work ethic with willing to learn and grow Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage time and work independently, particularly in a remote setting Requirements :   Computer and phone skills  - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.  Communication skills  - Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.

    • Relationship building  - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention.  Willingness to learn  - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal / team goals.  Benefits & Pay :
