Will accept a strong tele RN who is willing to learn vents / drips

We are a blended unit of MS / ICU patients. 5 ICU beds and 27 MS. ICU RNs at times take 1-2 MS patients depending on acuity or ICU volumes in ICU. For example, the ICU RN may have 1 ICU patient with 2 MS patients. Vents are 1 : 1 and ICU patients are 1 : 2-3 pending acuity. 1 : 5-6 ratios are for MS. In ICU 1 : 2-3 ratio depending on acuity. We also have CCTs with our RNs. We are flexible with scheduling.
