Job descriptionCollaborate with sales representatives to promote and sell risk management services to clients and partners Present technical details and functionalities of anti-fraud products and services to clients Respond to complex inquiries regarding functionality, performance, and security of services Generate documentation such as scoping documents and statements of work to facilitate project handoff Build and maintain relationships with clients and support marketing efforts at industry events Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sales or pre / post-sales roles within security, fraud, or payments industries Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Proficient in software development using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in B2B environments Familiarity with CRM technologies and workflow software like Smart Draw or Visio Strong consultative skills and ability to understand client needs through active listening Knowledge of Internet protocols and server technologies Proven ability to deliver compelling client presentations
