Job Title : Deployment Manager

Location : Providence, RI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Hours per week : 35

Duration : 12+months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment Strategy : Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments for RIDEM’s Salesforce platforms and related technologies.
• Deployment Planning : Develop and manage comprehensive deployment plans, including timelines, resources, testing, and risk management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with internal teams (business units, UAT, programs) and external vendors to deliver successful deployments.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment communications, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Change and Release Management : Track and manage bugs, enhancements, and system changes through development, testing, and production release.
• Performance Reporting : Prepare progress reports, metrics, and post-deployment evaluations for RIDEM leadership.
• Change Management : Design and implement communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support system adoption.
• Contract and Budget Oversight : Manage software licenses, vendor deliverables, and budgetary impacts related to technology deployments.
