    I am a second-generation State Farm Agent with 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, following in the footsteps of my father, who has been an agent for 52 years. I hold a finance degree from the University of Texas at Pan American and have continued my education with certifications from The American College, including ChFC, CASL, and RICP.

    Our agency is a family-oriented team where collaboration, growth, and support are key values. We currently have two full-time licensed team members in the office and one part-time remote employee. We believe in rewarding hard work, offering a bonus plan based on individual production, and after one year, team members are eligible for a 3% matching Simple IRA plan.     ROLE DESCRIPTION :

    As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ruben Cardenas Jr - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
    • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
    • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
    • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
    • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
    • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
