Responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup and training to ensure submission compliance of the correspondent channel with respect to RESPA / MDIA, final CD prior to purchase of the loan.
• Cross train personnel within organization to ensure adequate backup is in place.
• Review incoming submissions for compliance.
• Review incoming re-disclosures for compliance as well as review files for final compliance prior to docs out.
• Provide customer service, problem resolution and training to the Sales team and Brokers.
• Establish prior to submission protocol for new Brokers and as needed to ensure smooth file flow and quality loan production.
• Assist the Correspondent Compliance Lead with training / creating training materials.
• Handle submission requests for our Wholesale and Retail channels when support is needed.
• Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative.
• Ability to handle detailed assignments and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
