Key Responsibilities :

  • Direct and coordinate the safe and efficient operation of a high-speed corrugator machine.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to production personnel.
  • Ensure all products meet stringent quality specifications and customer requirements.
  • Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for your team.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and machine performance issues promptly.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture, conducting safety audits and training as required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material flow, waste reduction, and uptime.
  • Support the integration of new processes and technologies to enhance overall efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corrugator Supervisor or a highly experienced Lead Operator ready for promotion.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced production setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of corrugation processes, equipment, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts to ensure continuous production oversight.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a new plant startup or significant equipment upgrade environment.
  • A track record of successful employee training and development initiatives.
  • Willingness to relocate to a region known for its quality of life and outdoor activities.
  • Formal leadership training or certification.
