Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and coordinate the safe and efficient operation of a high-speed corrugator machine.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to production personnel.
- Ensure all products meet stringent quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for your team.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and machine performance issues promptly.
- Promote a proactive safety culture, conducting safety audits and training as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material flow, waste reduction, and uptime.
- Support the integration of new processes and technologies to enhance overall efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications :
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corrugator Supervisor or a highly experienced Lead Operator ready for promotion.Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced production setting.In-depth knowledge of corrugation processes, equipment, and quality standards.Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility to work various shifts to ensure continuous production oversight.Preferred Qualifications :
