Were seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our Farmers Insurance team. Sales Representatives will start with a $30,000 base salary and opportunities to earn additional commission, with top performers earning up to $100,000+ annually! Comprehensive training and career development opportunities are included.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build networking relationships with industry professionals.
  • Collect and secure necessary customer documents.
  • Promote and explain our referral program.

Requirements

  • No previous experience is needed! Already Property and Casualty Licensed is a PLUS!
  • Genuine willingness to learn and a resourceful mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Coachable and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
