DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will provide a range of professional social work services, support, and interventions for residents of the facility. Work involves interacting with residents, family members, and community agencies to provide and coordinate necessary social services. In this role, you will develop, implement, and provide social work, counseling, and case management services to enhance residents' social functioning and help them attain a more satisfactory social, emotional, and physical adjustment. Maintaining positive, constructive working relationships with co-workers will be key as duties will be performed in accordance with agency policy requirements and regulations.
