We are looking for an IT Specialist who will responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, ensuring the optimal operation of systems and devices, and assisting in the development and implementation of technology solutions to meet organizational needs.

Support the implementation and configuration of new technology systems, such as CRMs or other internal platforms.
Provide technical support to users, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
Create and manage credentials and user accounts for various platforms CRM, Emails, Phone Systems
Install, configure, and maintain physical devices including security cameras, access points, speakers, and other equipment.
Provision and set up work phones for users.
Resolve network issues, monitor stability, and maintain network infrastructure.
Document procedures and provide training to end users as needed.
Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, device installation, and user provisioning.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
