Source Receivables Management, LLC is a locally owned debt collection agency and we are currently hiring for a Full-Time Digital Communications Representative Position. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, computer and customer service skills. Candidates must be versatile and detail oriented with a high proficiency in time management. Strong multi-tasking skills with high accuracy are required. The position requires a keen understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced levels in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a familiarity of Access and PowerPoint. We will provide training for industry and company specific processes and procedures.
The Digital Communications Representative is responsible for facilitating digital interactions with customers to resolve account disputes and outstanding balances. This role focuses on providing professional compliant communication through various digital channels such as email or SMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with consumers through approved digital communication platforms (email, chat, SMS, online portals, etc.). Engagement may include resolving disputes, identifying incorrect mobile numbers, or providing repayment options.
- Maintain compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and other applicable regulations when communicating with consumers.
- Review and respond to inbound digital messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve balance disputes by providing requested information or escalating where applicable.
- When applicable, negotiate and establish payment arrangements, settlements, or repayment plans that align with agency policies and client guidelines.
- Update incorrect mobile numbers based on consumer responses.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the collection system.
- Collaborate with the collections team and compliance department to ensure all messaging adheres to approved scripts and legal standards.
- Monitor performance metrics such as resolution rates and response time to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding consumer trends, digital communication effectiveness, and potential system improvements.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, communication best practices, and company policies.
