New Haven Area - SGA is building out our staff in Connecticut and we are looking for experienced Bartenders.

Elite Venues.

Nights, Days, Weekends.

SGA is seeking to hire an exclusive team of experienced bartenders for elite caterers in the Los Angeles Area. The Bartender will be tasked with preparing, serving, and mixing various drinks to meet the preferences of our clients' guests. The main objective of the Bartender is to provide top-notch service, creating an outstanding dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests in a positive manner while efficiently preparing and serving beverages.
• Take drink orders, handle payment transactions, and process credit cards.
• Follow standard recipes to prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Garnish drinks with fruits and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide recommendations on drink selections and answer customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability obtain, where applicable.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and drink mixing techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in handling transactions and operating a cash register.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision capabilities for monitoring food quality and quantity.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Work Environment:

• Indoors, with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals.
• Moderate noise level with potential for loudness in certain areas.
