Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for the global insurance carrier business unit, including sales, service, and product teams

Draft, review, and negotiate various B2B SaaS agreements

Manage disputes, litigation, and compliance issues while partnering with the business to achieve strategic goals

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience at a law firm or enterprise SaaS software company

Significant experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS-related agreements

Experience negotiating data privacy and artificial intelligence contractual terms

JD and any state bar admission in good standing

Experience in the insurance industry, international operations, employment law, or intellectual property is a plus
