Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Paterson, NJ. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They will also monitor and record patient conditions, educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health care, and assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate patient records is also part of the role.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Skills in monitoring and recording patient conditions
• Patient education and health care strategy skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Knowledge and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a surgical center is a plus
