As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, offering exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at healthcare locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments. Conduct regular and random patrols inside buildings and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or policy violations. Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to maintain an orderly environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of facility policies as required. Support emergency response activities as directed, which may include assisting with evacuations or guiding emergency personnel to specific areas. Document security-related incidents and activities in daily logs and / or incident reports according to site guidelines. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
