12-hour shifts mix of 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am coverage

10 - 15 outpatients and 1 - 2 inpatients daily

Pediatric hospital inpatient coverage

Independent provider role no supervision required

Call schedule transitioning to 1 : 4 ratio

Required skills include lumbar puncture, central line and arterial line management

Non-invasive ventilation management and minor laceration repair

BLS and PALS certification required

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage

We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
