Cleaning and Support Technician

Overview

The Cleaning and Support Technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production contact equipment including but not limited to : hibar, graco, and wilden pumps, filling needles, hoppers, etc.
• Disassemble and reassemble production equipment.
• Repair all fill equipment when needed and troubleshoot fill problems.
• Follow production schedule and prioritize workflow to ensure timely machine changeovers.
• Assist with hazardous waste disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensures timely completion of work.
• Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper PPE and Safety procedures are followed.
