Position Summary

The Sales Representative is  responsible for providing technical support to customers, effectively communicating product information, managing sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service.  This is a hybrid roll based in Montgomery, NY , with opportunities to work remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales and sales engineering experience .
• Manufacturing or metallurgy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in technical product knowledge and technical support.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. This role will primarily work in an office setting but it is required to spend time on the plant production floor and may be exposed to varying temperatures.

Expected Salary Range

The salary range offered for this position is a good-faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. Eastern Alloys, Inc. reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.

Compensation details : 95000-110000 Yearly Salary
