Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of all warehouse tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-week warehouse cleanup to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawProven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (management experience preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Effective communication skills for coordinating between departments and vendors.Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.Compensation / Pay
